1)
Q: What is eMail Soap?
A: eMail Soap generates a 'clickable' link so your website visitors may easily contact you. Your eMail address is rendered virtually invisible to SpamBots, those nasty vermin who roam the internet looking for unprotected eMail addresses.
2)
Q: Is eMail Soap easy to use?
A: Yes! You simply enter your eMail address, link text, optional hover text, and eMail subject. Clicking the [ Encrypt my eMail Address ] button generates a block of code. You then paste this code in the exact place you want the link to appear on your web page.
3)
Q: How does eMail Soap work?
A: eMail Soap converts your eMail address (you@yourdomain.com) into encrypted javascript using a sophisticated encoding process. SpamBots roam the web looking for eMail addresses in the conventional HTML format. eMail soap completely changes your address, confusing the 'bots and keeping your eMail address from falling into the wrong hands. At the same time, your customers and friends can easily send you eMail by clicking on the link at your site.
To see an example of an encrypted eMail link, hold your mouse arrow over my name at the bottom of this page. You will see a popup (which you can customize) explaining what clicking this link will do. Now click the link. Your eMail client will open a new eMail with the address and subject already filled in. It just can't be any easier!
4)
Q: Why should I use eMail Soap?
A: eMail Soap generates a block of javascript encrypted code. When a real person loads your website in their browser, the eMail address is decoded, presenting a familiar link to the user. Rather than having your eMail look like this: [ name at domain dot com ] and requiring your potential customer to convert your eMail address manually in their eMail client, they are presented with a 'clickable' link [ click here to send me eMail ]. They click this link, and their eMail client opens with your eMail address and subject line already filled in. If you make it easy, your customer is more likely to send you eMail.
5)
Q: Will eMail Soap really help me get rid of unwanted eMails?
A: Yes! I've been using encoded eMail links for years, and have virtually no junk eMail to my eMail addresses protected this way. As long as you are careful and never publish your address 'in the clear', you will see a remarkable reduction of those annoying eMails cluttering your inbox.
6)
Q: Are there more advanced methods to apply eMail Soap?
A: Yes. I have detailed my complete system, located inside the Members Area. Click on QuickStart Guide in the menu for tips and solid ideas on protecting your eMail address.
